Sea Level Rise Awareness

October is Sea Level Rise Awareness Month in Arcata, and we are embarking on a public awareness campaign through September and into October about potential effects of sea level rise in Arcata, and strategies the City Council is considering in response.

Here are some of the activities we encourage you to check out:

Sea Level Rise Art Contest.

The contest runs from September 1st to 25th and the winner will recreate their art at Pastels on the Plaza on October 7th.  Find out more information here.

Presentation and Feedback
