The City has revised the Draft Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Ordinance that was introduced earlier this year. It is now available for public review here.
This is the current working Draft. Please feel free to provide comment to the Community Development Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Ordinance will be introduced at the October 18, 2017, Regular City Council Meeting in City Hall at 736 F Street, Arcata, CA at 6:00 or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
