Design Reviewis often part of a larger application process. But if a Design Review permit only is needed, there is a $660 deposit, whether it is heard by the Zoning Administrator or the Planning Commission.

Appeals of Zoning Administrator or Planning Commission decisions require a flat fee of $1,859.
